In case the organizer make a reservation of accommodation for the exhibitor, the
organizer provide free transfer service to Big C Super Center and back to the
resident.

Available space will be released on a first-come, first-served basis
(based on the date of the completed application form and provided 50% deposit
prior cut off date.
3.
50% deposit must accompany this application for it to be processed and
failure to
make 50% deposit constitutes a cancellation of this contract.
